• maximum demensions of acceptable blanks: length 18.6 m, diameter 2.5 m, weight (including rigging) 180 tons
• furnace depth up to 26 m, diameter up to 3m
• water and oil hardening
• vertical hardening tanks with a depth of up to 30 m

 Blanks are machined by follow equipment:

Turning and threading equipment

• radial and conical processing
• dimencions of processed items: diameter up to 3.000mm, length up to 22m, weight up to 250 tons

Deep-drilling tools

• selective axial cutters
• central holes with a diameter of 55 to 2.000 mm, depth of up to 25m, weight of items of up to 250 tons

Tuning centers:

• processing items with a diameter of up to 8.000 mm, height of up to 5.000 mm and weight of up to 125 tons.
