Production for metallurgical enterprises
Blanks of rolling and back up rolls of steels 60ХН, 150ХНМ, 75ХМФ, 9Х2МФ, 80Х2МФ are manufactured out of ingots of mass up to 360 t. Maximum barrel diameter - 2000 mm, length up to 8000 mm.
Manufactured for tube mills are mandrels of steel 4Х5МФ1СА, 285mm to 430mm in diameter, 14000mm to 16500mm long.
Starting with 1996 the metallurgical facilities mastered the production of the wide assortment of moulds for centrifugal casting of iron pipes of steel 21CrMo10, 18CDV4, 21CrMo10Mod, 16CrMoNi.
The moulds are manufactured of 7.5t to 290t ingots. The diameter of the finished article is 50mm to 2000mm, its mass is 150kg to 39t, length - 2500 to 8500 mm. One mould provides casting of up to 4800 pipes. Moulds with diameter over 350 mm are supplied completely machined (except taper on the interior cylindrical surface).
Moulds manufactured by OMZ-Specsteel are used in centrifugal casting of pipes for heat and water supply, sewage as well as for chemical and oil and gas industry.
Stamping cubes of mass up to 100t out of steels 5ХНМ, 4Х5МФС, 40Х, st.45 etc., dimensions up to 3500x3500 mm, height 150 to 800 mm.

Plates (slabs)
For articles with small setting ratio (of wide plate type) developed and manufactured are special forging hammer head the use of which provides the deformation processing of metal and reduces labour consumption in plate (slab) manufacture.
The technological facilities of the enterprise guarantee the manufacture of this kind of products in huge amounts. For European Centre of Nuclear Research (CERN) the set of 120 plates with forging dimensions 485-650x2500x4200 mm (steel St 37-2) has been manufactured. The total weight of the set is 3518 t. The plates are designed for the cylindrical yoke of unique CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid) unit. The base of the CMS unit is the most powerful in the world superconducting magnet with 4 Tesla field intensity.
Since 1990 the metallurgical shops produce forged blanks out of deformed with difficulty stainless steels with higher nitrogen contents for thermonuclear reactors and other cryogenic structures.
