The enterprise is specializing in the production of unique dimensioned and possessing unique special properties forgings out of the wide range of carbon, structural, instrumental, stainless grades of steel.

The specialists of the enterprise gained vast practical experience in the development of technological processes of forgings manufacture by the strictest specifications of customers, by Russian and foreign standards. The requirements to the forgings like covers, bottoms, cowlings for the bodies of reactors and vessels of petrochemical industry can not be met by the traditional methods of forging. To manufacture such forgings various methods of forging had been developed and are implemented depending on the overall dimensions of parts, the mass of the initial ingot, requirements to the anisotropy of properties.

In the course of development of the technological processes of forging set are the thermomechanical parameters allowing to guarantee the formation of the required structure and properties of the metal into parts with due account of the subsequent remodelling modes.

Forgings

• For power engineering: blanks of generator shafts, rotors, hydraulic shafts, blanks for NPP, gas turbines, shafts of wind operated power units, cowlings, retaining rings etc;

• For shipbuilding: propeller shafts, stocks, intermediate shafts etc;
• For mining industry: shafts, axles, gears etc;
• For metallurgical production: rolls of cold and hot rolling, back-up and working rolls, long dimensioned mandrels, moulds, columns of presses, stamping cubes, blanks of plates for stamping, tube blanks etc;
• Miscellaneous design forgings: forged rods, shaft for cement industry, blanks for bearings.
