The available wide range of steel smelting, forging and pressing, thermal, machining and control and metering equipment allows to:

• cast forging ingots of mass 1.55 to 360t, i.a. in vacuum 15.3t to 360.0t;
• melt electric slag remelting ingots of mass up to 62t;
• melt vacuum arc remelting ingots of mass up to 43t;
• manufacture forgings of mass up to 230t, forged shafts of length up to 22000mm, forged cowlings of diameter up to 5550mm;
• perform final heat treatment;
• machine blanks of diameter up to 5.5m and shafts of length up to 22m;
• perform all kinds of nondestructive control, any research of composition, structure, properties of articles in compliance with the standards of Russia, USA, Germany or national standards of customer companies.

Power engineering, power machine building

Forgings: blanks of all forged shafts of generators, rotors, hydraulic shafts of diameter up to 2000mm out of ingots up to 290t; blanks for NPP of mass up to 100t; disks of gas turbines of diameter up to 3200mm, thickness up to 500mm; cowlings of mass up to 220t, diameter up to 5550mm, height up to 3900mm; shafts of wind operated power units etc.
Rolled sheets: for manufacture of boiler equipment and equipment for NPP.

General machine building and metallurgical industry

Forgings: blanks of rolls of cold and hot rolling; blanks of back up and working rolls; long dimensioned mandrels of length up to 18000mm; moulds for centrifugal casting of pipes of diameter up to 2000mm, length up to 8500mm; columns of presses; blanks for stamping rigging (cubes of maximum dimensions 3500x3500x800, plates); pipe blanks of diameter up to 650mm; forged rods; shafts for cement industry, blanks of bearings etc.

The production of forgings is certified by Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, DNV, ABS, Germanisher Lloyd, RINA, Russian Marine Register of Navigation.

The manufacture of equipment for nuclear power plants is licensed by Gosatomnadzor (State Nuclear Power Engineering Supervising Authority) of Russia.
